Practical independent device and travel guide
Editorial contact and corrections
Send an editorial correction, feedback or general publication question. This is not a customer-support route for eSIM services.
Contact and corrections
How to reach us
Plain Signal welcomes editorial feedback, corrections and content questions that help improve accuracy or clarity. We are not eSIM customer support and cannot act as a carrier or activation contact. If you need help with an account, provisioning, plan activation or service-specific support, please contact your device manufacturer or service provider directly.
Corrections and editorial feedback
If you find an error, omission or unclear phrasing in our content, please describe the issue, indicate where it appears (article title, section and any relevant quote), and, when possible, point us to a reliable source that supports the correction. We will investigate reported issues, and if a correction is needed we will update the content and add a brief note describing the change. Editorial corrections are handled according to our transparency practices.
Content questions and general enquiries
For general editorial enquiries — for example, requests for clarification about topics we cover, suggestions for future articles, or to request permission to link to or republish a Plain Signal explanation — please write to us. When contacting us, include the article title or topic and a clear description of the question or request so we can respond efficiently.
Email contact
Please note: we are not a technical helpdesk for individual eSIM activations or service provisioning. Communications sent to our listed contact address are treated as editorial or website enquiries. Use official carrier or device support channels for account- or device-level troubleshooting. The site receives email only if a visitor deliberately sends it; the contact form opens a visitor email app and does not transmit data to a server-side form processor. Our published email address for general enquiries is [email protected]. Use that address for editorial feedback, corrections and questions about site content.
Response expectations
Because Plain Signal is an independent editorial resource, responses to general enquiries and corrections may not be immediate. We triage messages by urgency and editorial impact; requests that point out factual errors or serious ambiguities are prioritized. For routine clarifications or suggestions, expect a patient but measured editorial reply.
Privacy and attachments
If you must include screenshots or device logs to illustrate an issue, remove or redact any personal data before sending. Do not send account numbers, passwords, activation codes or other sensitive personal information. We do not manage customer accounts and cannot act on or store confidential account credentials.
Unsolicited commercial material
Please do not use the contact address to send unsolicited advertising, partnership offers or promotional material. Such messages are not consistent with our editorial independence and will not receive consideration.
